New York partner Steven H. Goldberg, Co-Chairman of the firm's Transactions Practice Team, represented BIRO Capital in a buyout of The Covenant Family Funds from co-founder Abe Goodfriend for an undisclosed amount.
Mr. Goldberg led a team consisting of Betsy Smith, Marc Powers, John Siegal, Naomi Meisels and Michael Glasser in this transaction.
