Goldberg Represents Scripps Networks Interactive Inc. in Large Indian Joint Venture

New York partner Steven H. Goldberg, Co-Chairman of the firm's Transactions Practice Team, represented Scripps Networks Interactive Inc. in connection with the formation of a complex joint venture with New Delhi Television Ltd. (NDTV) , the leading broadcaster in India for $55 million.

Mr. Goldberg led a team consisting of Eric Geppert, Jerry Ferguson, Paul Schmidt, Scott Weiser, John McGowan, Deborah Bracy, Doug Nevin, Henry Bodenheimer, Michael Jacobson, Amy Kellogg and Jason Perdion.
