On February 24, 2009, Washington, D.C., partner David Grant participated as a panelist in a teleconference focused on the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act.
The seminar focused on the impact of the Act for employers. As a panelist, Grant recommended steps to help employers and their counsel avoid or minimize liability for past and future pay decisions. The Legal Publishing Group of Strafford Publications sponsored the teleconference.
