Gretchen Lange assists clients with a variety of matters, including complex commercial litigation, intellectual property litigation and enforcement actions. Her commercial litigation experience includes defending a major financial institution in ERISA “stock-drop” class action litigation involving claims of breach of fiduciary duties and misrepresentation, representing a hospital in litigation involving interpretation of a charitable trust and assisting several public and private corporations in breach of contract litigation.
Ms. Lange also assists clients in a variety of industries with intellectual property matters, including trademark and copyright infringement and Internet domain name disputes.
Prior to joining Baker Hostetler, Ms. Lange served as a law clerk to the Honorable Jack Zouhary of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, where she focused heavily on legal research, analysis and writing in a variety of areas, including constitutional law, employment law, civil rights, commercial contracts and class action certification.
Ms. Lange is a member of the Federal, American and Ohio State Bar Associations.
