Guttman Addresses Public Employer Labor Relations Association

Columbus partner Dan Guttman was invited to be a speaker at the Ohio Public Employer Labor Relations Association's Fall Seminar, held Friday, October 24, in Columbus, Ohio.

Mr. Guttman's 2.5-hour presentation focused on the topics of the Family and Medical Leave Act, Americans with Disabilities Act and new bargaining laws. The crowd of 200 attendees included public sector executives, lawyers human resources administrators and department heads.
