Hadi Khatib currently works on a variety of matters in conjunction with Baker Hostetler’s role as counsel to the court-appointed trustee under SIPA in the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Khatib practiced as an associate at a boutique firm in New York, where he handled various complex litigation and commercial real estate matters. Mr. Khatib also has experience working on pharmaceutical antitrust litigation and was previously a summer associate at the New York office of Baker & McKenzie, LLP.
Mr. Khatib received his J.D. in 2009 from Columbia University School of Law, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and was on the Editorial Staff of the Columbia Science and Technology Law Review.
