Halle Fine Terrion, a partner in the firm's Cleveland office, is a member of the firm's Transactions, Debt Finance and Private Capital Practice Teams.
Ms. Terrion focuses her practice on middle market mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. She represents both public and private companies, including equity funds, in mergers and acquisitions transactions.
Additionally, Ms. Terrion serves as counsel to banks, mezzanine lenders, venture capital funds and private equity funds in connection with capital formation transactions. These include the structuring and negotiation of debt financings, private equity offerings, recapitalizations and restructuring transactions.
Ms. Terrion also has extensive experience with commercial transactions, including joint ventures, service agreements, product supply agreements, licensing arrangements, and joint development agreements.
Ms. Terrion is a member of the American and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations, and was recently appointed Co-Chair on the 2006-2007 Corporation & Business Law Section of the CMBA.
