A member of the firm’s Business Group, Henry Bodenheimer’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, cross-border transactions, financial restructurings, business reorganizations, asset sales and general corporate matters. He has represented public and closely held corporations in a number of industries.
Prior to joining Baker Hostetler, Mr. Bodenheimer was an associate with Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, where his practice focused on mergers and acquisitions and private equity.
While attending law school, Mr. Bodenheimer interned for Senior District Judge John E. Sprizzo of the United States District Court Southern District of New York. He also received the Public Interest Resource Center at Fordham University School of Law’s Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award.
Mr. Bodenheimer is a member of the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
