Jaclyn R. Polsinelli

Jaclyn Polsinelli currently works on a variety of litigation matters as a member of the Baker Hostetler team serving as court-appointed counsel to the SIPA Trustee for the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC.

At Loyola, Jaclyn received the Public Interest Recognition award, Top Leaders award and Public Service award, and was a Philip H. Corboy Fellow. She was also captain of Loyola’s mock trial team and, as such, was a two-time National finalist. Jaclyn received the CALI award in Property Law and also served as a tutor for Property Law. In addition, while in law school, Jaclyn worked for the Michigan state prosecutor’s office under the head special prosecutor of the Domestic Violence Unit, clerked for Michigan circuit court Judge Gorcyca in the felony division and was an extern for the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
