Jacqlyn Rovine works on a variety of litigation matters in connection with Baker Hostetler’s role as counsel to Irving H. Picard, Trustee for the substantively consolidated SIPA liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC and Bernard L. Madoff.
Prior to joining Baker Hostetler, Ms. Rovine clerked for the Honorable Joan M. Azrack of the Eastern District of New York. Ms. Rovine also clerked for the Honorable Melvin. S. Kracov of the New Jersey State Superior Court, Criminal Term.
While attending law school, Ms. Rovine was a member of the New York Law School Law Review, an Executive Board Member of the Moot Court Association and the Justice Action Center's Carbonell Fellow. She also worked as a legal aide in the New York State Office of the Attorney General.
Prior to entering law school, Ms. Rovine consulted for candidates and elected officials running for political office in New York.
