Jacqueline Matthews assists clients in a variety of matters with a focus on class actions and employment litigation. Ms. Matthews has worked on a diverse range of cases involving bankruptcy, insurance class actions, labor arbitrations, contract disputes, utility regulation, debtor-creditor actions and employment discrimination.
Ms. Matthews participates in many aspects of case development and trial preparation, including pleadings, motion practice, discovery and discovery disputes. She has assisted clients in matters before state and federal courts, arbitrators, the State Employment Relations Board and the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO).
During law school, Ms. Matthews served as a judicial extern to the Honorable John D. Holschuh of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
Ms. Matthews is a member of the American, Ohio State and Columbus Bar Associations.
