James Casey's practice involves estate planning and trust, estate and probate administration.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Casey spent time working for Washington Mutual and Charles Schwab & Co. in the mortgage banking and securities industries, respectively. During law school, Mr. Casey was the recipient of the Tax Law Emphasis Certificate Honor Graduate Award at Chapman University School of Law. Subsequently, Mr. Casey attended Georgetown University Law Center where he was one of eight LL.M. in Taxation students to receive a scholarship as part of Georgetown's Graduate Tax Scholar program.
Mr. Casey is a member of the American Bar Association (Section of Taxation) and the Orange County Bar Association (Trusts and Estates Section).
