Jason White’s practice involves a variety of litigation matters in connection with Baker Hostetler’s role as counsel to the court-appointed Trustee to the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC. Jason is a member of the Ohio State and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations.
Prior to joining Baker Hostetler, Jason worked at Watkins, Bates & Carey LLC as an intern, John Carroll University as a legal extern at the General Counsel’s office and at ReCreation Consulting Firm as a legal extern. While working at John Carroll, Jason primarily researched tax exemption and zoning laws. While working at ReCreation, Jason primarily reviewed client contracts and agreements. Jason also worked with the Cleveland Indians Baseball Company as a human resources intern.
While attending Cleveland-Marshall law school, Jason was a member of the Cleveland State Law Review, as well as Cleveland-Marshall’s Sport and Entertainment Law Club. He also served as team captain on two intramural flag football and basketball championship teams.
