Jason W. Glicksman

Jason Glicksman handles various types of business litigation cases, including securities class actions, False Claims Act litigation, government investigations, complex civil litigation and general contract disputes. Mr. Glicksman has also handled a wide range of pro bono disputes.

Mr. Glicksman has served as an attorney coach for the Constitutional Rights Foundation’s Orange County High School Mock Trial program and serves on the Constitution Day Committee for the Constitutional Rights Foundation.

Mr. Glicksman is a member of the California and Orange County Bar Associations.

His representative cases include:

• Represented a large corporate client and individual executives in a complex, cutting-edge securities fraud class action lawsuit that resulted in a lengthy trial before the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.
• Represented the CEO and CFO of a homebuilding company in a securities fraud class action filed on behalf of a putative class of shareholders in federal court. The court granted a motion to dismiss filed by the defendants and dismissed the plaintiffs’ claims with leave to amend. The plaintiffs chose not to file an amended complaint and the case was dismissed with prejudice.
• Represented a large private education provider in a complex False Claims Act case.
