David Bournazian focuses his practice in business litigation, as well as corporate, coverage, and employment law, possessing vast experience in some of the most complex litigation and business negotiations. He represents national and international clients, including universities and publicly traded companies, in litigation and transactional matters. David has also been the general counsel for Frank Gehry and Gehry Partners, LLP, one of the most world-renowned architects.
