Jena Goldmark works on a variety of litigation matters in connection with Baker Hostetler’s role as counsel to the court-appointed Trustee under SIPA in the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC.
Prior to joining Baker Hostetler, Ms. Goldmark was an associate at an international law firm where she worked on a wide range of complex litigation matters, including corporate and environmental litigation.
During law school, Ms. Goldmark was an Editor of the St. John’s Law Review and she was a judicial intern in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
