Jeremy Keim is a member of the firm’s Antitrust and Trade Regulation Team. He focuses his practice on issues relating to the Sherman Act, Clayton Act, Federal Trade Commission Act and the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act. Mr. Keim has represented clients in matters involving the Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission. He also has experience with civil antitrust litigation.
In addition to trade regulation and antitrust work, Mr. Keim has experience in a wide range of other complex litigation matters, in such areas as intellectual property, the Lanham Act, review of administrative agency actions, breach of contract, fraud and misrepresentation.
Mr. Keim also has experience in communications law, including advising on transfers of control and ownership, FCC registration requirements, pole attachment disputes, “Part 15” regulations and universal service programs.
While in law school, Mr. Keim served as the Legislative Developments Editor for the Columbia Journal of European Law.
