Keith Russell concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial and general business litigation, including motor vehicle franchise litigation. Mr. Russell has represented clients in cases involving class actions, DTPA, technology, banking, construction, product liability and energy-related matters.
Mr. Russell has successfully represented clients on appeals to the Texas Courts of Appeals, Texas Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Mr. Russell has also represented clients in securities arbitrations before the NASD and NYSE.
Mr. Russell was a member of the Houston Journal of International Law from 1996 to 1998 and was an Articles Editor from 1997 to 1998. He authored the article, “The Time is Now for Full Privatization of PEMEX,” which was published in the Journal in 1997.
Prior to his legal career, Mr. Russell served in the United States Army from 1986 to 1991 and obtained the rank of Staff Sergeant.
Mr. Russell is a member of the State Bar of Texas, as well as the Texas and Houston Bar Associations, and he has served as a volunteer mediator for the Houston Bar Association’s Dispute Resolution Committee.
