Joel Gottesman works on a variety of litigation matters in connection with Baker Hostetler’s role as counsel to the court-appointed Trustee under SIPA in the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC.
Prior to joining Baker Hostetler, Mr. Gottesman completed a fellowship where he worked on a variety of matters concerning state taxation. He also worked in the Milton A. Kramer Law Clinic where he assisted in serving the legal needs of nonprofit groups in the Cleveland area.
Mr. Gottesman is a member of the American, Ohio State and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
