Jack Blanton works on a variety of matters with emphasis in mergers and acquisitions and securities offerings and reporting.
While in law school Jack served as an Associate and Senior Editor of the Case Western Reserve Law Review and also worked as a research assistant and as a tutor for first year students. During the summer of 2008 he served as an extern to the Honorable Leslie Wells of the Northern District of Ohio. He also earned top academic honors for Contracts, Constitutional Law, and Securities Regulation. Jack taught political science for several years prior to entering law school.
