Joon Lee works on a variety of matters in connection with Baker Hostetler’s role as counsel to the court-appointed Trustee under SIPA in the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC.
Prior to joining Baker Hostetler, Mr. Lee was associated with a boutique commercial litigation firm where he successfully prosecuted and defended complex commericial litigation matters in state and federal trial and appellate courts. Mr. Lee also has experience in corporate, intellectual property and real estate matters. Moreover, he has worked in the public sector addressing legal issues related to the development of low-income housing.
Prior to his legal career, Mr. Lee worked as a management consultant for a major consulting firm and as a manager for an Internet start-up.
