Joshua Farnsworth focuses his practice on a variety of litigation, investigatory and bankruptcy matters in connection with Baker Hostetler’s role as counsel to the court-appointed Trustee under the Securities Investment Protection Act (SIPA) in the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC.
During law school, Mr. Farnsworth served as president of the student chapter of the Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy Studies, competed on the Labor and Employment Law Moot Court Team and served as a staff member on the Capital University Law Review. Mr. Farnsworth also clerked with the Franklin County Municipal Court and served as research assistant to Professor Floyd Weatherspoon.
Mr. Farnsworth is a member of the American, Ohio and Columbus Bar Associations.
