Joshua Cepluch advises clients on a variety of matters, with a special interest in business law, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and real estate.
During law school, Mr. Cepluch served as Managing Editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review. His Law Review note won second place in the American Planning Association’s nationwide legal writing competition. While at Vanderbilt, Mr. Cepluch received Scholastic Excellence Awards for first honors in Antitrust, Bankruptcy, Corporate Finance, Land Use Planning and Professional Responsibility. While a graduate student at The Ohio State University, Mr. Cepluch was a recipient of the Dean’s Distinguished University Fellowship.
Mr. Cepluch is a member of the American, Ohio and Columbus Bar Associations.
