A member of Baker Hostetler’s Business Group, Julie Kolm focuses her practice on real estate law.
Ms. Kolm counsels corporate and individual clients in the acquisition, sale, financing and leasing of commercial, industrial and residential real estate. Her work includes handling lease transactions, drafting contracts and providing counsel through all phases of real property acquisitions and sales, including due diligence, closing and post-closing matters.
Ms. Kolm also has experience representing institutional lenders and borrowers in financing transactions and representing developers in preparing offering plans for commercial and residential condominium formation.
Ms. Kolm is a member of the New York State, Nassau County and American Bar Associations.
