Julie Singer concentrates her practice in complex commercial litigation and has successfully represented clients throughout state and federal courts in Florida at both the trial and appellate levels.
Ms. Singer’s practice includes representing a wide array of clients in a number of areas encompassed within business tort litigation, including contract, real estate and construction litigation; class action litigation; federal securities litigation; wrongful death actions; and matters involving unfair competition, misappropriation of trade secrets, tortious interference and deceptive and unfair trade practices claims brought under both the Federal Act and its Florida counterpart. Ms. Singer has significant experience representing developers in matters concerning the purchase of real estate, defending companies in class action litigations across the state and, in the banking industry, representing lenders in actions against defaulting borrowers on commercial loans.
Ms. Singer is a member of the American, Florida and Orange County Bar Associations. She has served on the Board of Directors for the March of Dimes Foundation and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Florida.
