Katherine Graham Sarlson concentrates her practice in real estate law, where she has significant experience in leasing, development, acquisitions and divestitures for both corporate and individual clients. Ms. Sarlson's leasing experience includes retail, commercial and industrial on both the landlord and tenant sides. Ms. Sarlson has assisted with the preparation and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements related to commercial, residential and industrial real estate transactions. Ms. Sarlson served as in-house counsel to a national retailer for several years, negotiating retail leases in both the United States and Canada.
A professional artist, Ms. Sarlson is a member of the American, Ohio and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations. Prior to practicing law, Ms. Sarlson was a bilingual educator in the Montreal, Canada, secondary school system.
