Katie O’Connor focuses her practice on the areas of mergers and acquisitions, securities law and other corporate matters. She has experience representing public and private companies in a variety of transactions, including cash and stock mergers, asset purchases and sales, tender offers, leveraged buyouts and venture capital transactions.
Ms. O’Connor also has experience counseling public companies on corporate governance and securities law compliance issues such as public disclosure and periodic reporting, proxy solicitations, shareholder proposals and transactions in issuer securities by officers and directors.
