Kelly Needham is currently involved in a variety of litigation matters in connection with Baker Hostetler’s role as counsel to the court-appointed Trustee under the Securities Investor Protection Act (SIPA) in the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC.
During her law school career, Ms. Needham served on the Student Bar Association as a student senator. She was a recipient of the Cali High A Award for both International Law and Law & Medicine. In addition, she received the Law Collegiate Scholarship, the Pro-Bono Service Award and the ABA-BNA Award for Excellence in Health Law.
Ms. Needham has experience in both criminal and civil law. She was a legal intern at the Cuyahoga County Public Defender's Office and served as a judicial extern at the Eighth District Court of Appeals to the Honorable Anthony O. Calabrese Jr.
Ms. Needham is a member of the American, Ohio State and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations.
