Kenneth Hoff focuses his practice on corporate and securities law, with particular emphasis on representation of public corporations and private emerging growth companies in public and private financings; SEC compliance issues; general corporate, securities and business counseling to corporate clients and their management; advising insiders and boards of public companies with respect to corporate and securities law matters; negotiation and documentation of acquisitions, mergers, restructuring transactions and control contests; advising investment bankers with respect to securities law issues; and negotiating venture capital financings on behalf of both investors and investee entities.
