Kevin Robertson has experience involving a wide range of tax issues, from both a corporate and an individual perspective. His practice includes estate planning, business succession planning and the administration of estates and trusts for high net worth individuals.
He has special experience concerning split-interest charitable gifts, distributions from “qualified” retirement plans and IRAs, structuring irrevocable trusts and transfers of closely held business interests. Mr. Robertson also has dealt extensively with the IRS at both the local and national levels in resolving federal income tax, gift tax and estate tax issues.
Mr. Robertson is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) and is the vice-chairman of the Ohio State Bar Association’s Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law Section Council.
