Lan Hoang focuses her practice on complex commercial matters, including bankruptcy, securities, business tort, professional malpractice, breach of contract and intellectual property matters. She has represented clients in consumer fraud class actions, shareholder derivative class actions and corporate governance disputes. She also counsels clients on first-party and third-party insurance policies, restrictive covenants and noncompete/solicitation agreements. Her experience involves proceedings in federal and state courts, as well as arbitrations and mediations.

Ms. Hoang serves on the New Jersey Supreme Court District Ethics Committee, District V-A. She investigates and prosecutes grievances against New Jersey attorneys charged with unethical conduct under the Rules of Professional Responsibility adopted by the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
Ms. Hoang is a member of both the New York and New Jersey Bars. She served as a law clerk to the Honorable Joseph A. Falcone, A.J.S.C. (ret.) and the Honorable Joseph F. Scancarella, P.J.S.C. (ret.). While in law school, she served as Editor-in-Chief for the Seton Hall Legislative Law Journal.
