Lauren White currently works on a variety of litigation matters in connection with Baker Hostetler’s role as counsel to the court-appointed Trustee under the Securities Investor Protection Act in the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities, LLC.
During law school, Lauren was a member of the Cleveland State Law Review and Cleveland-Marshall Moot Court team. In addition, she volunteered with the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland, externed in the Cuyahoga County Public Defender’s Office and served as a law clerk for a judge at the Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court. Lauren received the J. Patrick Browne Award for Academic Excellence from the Cleveland-Marshall Law Alumni Association, the Cleveland-Marshall Law Alumni Association Scholarship Award (Spring 2011) and the Public Interest Summer Fellowship Award (2010).
