Jane T. Haylor practices primarily in the area of trust and estate law. She is experienced in the drafting of wills, trust agreements, antenuptial agreements, and separation agreements; in estate and trust administration; and in exemption applications for private foundations and supporting organizations.
Ms. Haylor has worked on tax planning for owners of closely held businesses and members of their families. Additionally, she has been actively involved in litigation resolving the responsibilities and obligations of the fiduciary of a major charitable trust.
Ms. Haylor is a Trustee of the Cleveland Opera, is on the Estate Planning Advisory Council of University Hospitals, and is on the Planned Giving Advisory Council of The Cleveland Orchestra.
Ms. Haylor is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
