Leah J. Ms. Domitrovic has represented corporate and management clients in a wide range of matters arising from allegations of revenue misstatements, accounting irregularities and improprieties, inadequate or misleading public disclosures, conflicts of interest, breaches of fiduciary duty, professional malpractice and unfair competition.
