Lindsey Shoshany’s practice is focused primarily on complex commercial litigation, including securities matters and litigation involving foreign corporations. In conjunction with Baker Hostetler’s role as counsel to the court-appointed trustee under SIPA in the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC, Ms. Shoshany assists in the investigation and litigation of avoidance actions in the domestic and international arenas to recover assets for the fund of customer property.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Shoshany worked in-house as Assistant Labor Counsel for a large New York corporation. During law school, Ms. Shoshany served on the Editorial Board of the Moot Court Honor Society. She completed a judicial internship for the Honorable Christopher F. Droney, United States District Judge, as well as an in-house intellectual property internship for Gucci America, Inc. Prior to practicing law, Ms. Shoshany worked on a successful gubernatorial campaign and completed internships at the United States Senate, the United States House of Representatives and the Supreme Court of the United States.
