A member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group, Lindsey Shoshany focuses her practice on entertainment and media law, as well as trademark and copyright litigation. Lindsey has experience with a variety of intellectual property litigation and transactional matters, including prosecution and portfolio management; information technology transactions; and social media policy drafting and implementation for clients in the new media, fashion, publishing, theatre, music and recording and production industries. She is a contributor to BakerHostetler’s IP Intelligence: Insight on Intellectual Property and Data Privacy Monitor blogs.
During law school, she served on the Editorial Board of the Moot Court Honor Society. Lindsey completed a judicial internship for the Honorable Christopher F. Droney, United States District Judge, as well as an in-house intellectual property internship for Gucci America, Inc. Prior to practicing law, Lindsey worked on a successful gubernatorial campaign and completed internships at the United States Senate, the United States House of Representatives and the Supreme Court of the United States.
