Lisa Pennington is the Office Managing Partner of the firm's Houston office, which is among the 10 largest law firm offices in Houston according to The Houston Chronicle. She is a labor and employment attorney, representing management in employment-related cases. Lisa has significant experience in OSHA matters, wage and hour laws, collective bargaining and matters before the NLRB.

A trailblazer in her field, Lisa was the first female office managing partner in the Houston area. In 2012, she received the first "Premier Woman in Law" award from the Association of Women Attorneys for being the outstanding female managing partner for an AmLaw 100 firm. She has been named in The Best Lawyers in America© and recognized as one of the "Best Lawyers in Houston" by H Texas magazine. Dedicated to the advancement of women in the legal field, Lisa is actively involved in local organizations to support women in law and served as the inaugural chair of the firm's Women's Committee.
