Baker Hostetler Expands Los Angeles office with Addition of Intellectual Property Partner Hayes F. Michel
LOS ANGELES, CA – October 30, 2008 – Baker Hostetler announced today the expansion of its Intellectual Property Practice with the addition of partner Hayes F. Michel. Mr. Michel, who will be resident in the firm's Los Angeles office, was most recently with Walsworth, Franklin, Bevins, & McCall, LLP, where he opened and managed its Los Angeles office.
Mr. Michel will focus his practice on all aspects of intellectual property and business litigation. He has extensive experience representing recording artists, motion picture directors and production companies, talent management companies, television networks, record companies and publishing companies in disputes involving copyright, trademark, royalties, libel, privacy, employment and contract disputes.
