Luisa Taddeo’s practice involves commercial litigation, focusing on matters related to BakerHostetler’s role as counsel to the court-appointed Trustee under SIPA in the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC.
While attending law school, Ms. Taddeo served as a member of Cleveland-Marshall College of Law’s Trial Advocacy Team. While competing against law schools nationwide, she gained practical courtroom experience, including presenting direct and cross examinations and opening and closing arguments. She was also the Vice President of the law school’s Student Bar Association.
Ms. Taddeo is fluent in French and has a working knowledge of Italian. She is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan, Akron and Ohio State Bar Associations.
