Madiha Zuberi is currently working in connection with Baker Hostetler’s role as counsel to the court-appointed Trustee under the Securities Investor Protection Act in the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities, LLC, and on a variety of litigation matters stemming from the Madoff Ponzi scheme.
During law school, Ms. Zuberi had the opportunity to intern with a boutique criminal defense firm focusing in state and federal criminal cases, she conducted research for a tenured and highly respected professor and served on the Board of Directors for an established New York State bar association.
Ms. Zuberi was awarded “Los Angeles County District Attorney Volunteer of the Year” for her work with victims in violent crimes in the Victim-Witness Protection Program.
Ms. Zuberi is a member of the New York County Lawyer’s Association.
