• Representation of national retail tenant in general real estate matters including lease buy-out by landlord and arbitration in connection with fair market value determination as to extension option.
• Representation of owner of veterinary hospital in dispute with general contractor.
• Representation of founder and implementation of health-related registry website.
• Negotiation of debt and equity investment in master-planned community, including hotel, retail, residential, golf course and membership club.
• Representation of developer in connection with acquisition, syndication and redevelopment of condominium conversions.

• Representation of investor in joint ventures with Tenant-in-Common sponsors.

• Representation of creator and patent holder in exploitation of mass-market abdominal product.
• Representation of restaurateurs in acquisition of restaurants, renegotiating existing leases, syndication of investment and licensing of business concept.
• Representation of homebuilder in acquisition and development of, and estate and tax planning relating to, various subdivisions and arbitration relating to specific performance of purchase agreement.
