Marcus McCutcheon focuses his practice in the area of complex business litigation and is responsible for a variety of matters.
During law school, Mr. McCutcheon served as Treasurer for the Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law Society. In addition, he was a member of the Student Bar Association and the Law School Golf Association. While at Stanford, Mr. McCutcheon was a four-year letter winner on the university’s football team.
