Mark Cominsky works on a variety of litigation matters related to Baker Hostetler’s role as counsel to the court-appointed Trustee under the Securities Investor Protection Act (SIPA) in the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC.
Prior to working for Baker Hostetler, Mark served as a Staff Attorney Fellow to the Honorable John P. Bessey of Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, working on the judge’s Commercial Docket.
While in law school, Mark worked as law clerk for the Honorable Everett H. Krueger of the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas. In addition, he served as a judicial extern to the Honorable John D. Holschuh at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. He also worked as a law clerk at the firm of Tyack, Blackmore and Liston, LPA.
