Mark D. Senff has extensive experience in estate planning and estate administration for a variety of clients. In his practice, he advises clients on estate and gift tax matters and planning strategies to facilitate transfer of wealth to family members. He also advises owners of closely held businesses on gifting and estate planning strategies to provide for continuity and control within the family unit, with an emphasis on minimizing estate taxes and administration expenses.
In addition to estate planning, Mr. Senff has been involved in the administration of a large number of medium sized and large estates, including those containing closely held business interests and publicly held securities. Mr. Senff’s estate administration practice ranges from estate of several hundred thousand dollars to those of several million dollars.
Mr. Senff serves on the boards of several businesses and is a member of the Columbus, Ohio State and American Bar Associations. He also serves on the Association Board of the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium.
