Maryanne Stanganelli is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property, Technology, and Media Group. She is also currently a member of the BakerHostetler legal team that serves as Counsel to the SIPA Trustee for the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC, working on the global investigation and litigations of the largest financial fraud in history. 

In 2011, Maryanne received her LL.M. degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science with a focus on Information Technology and Communications Law. Her article, "Spreading the News Online: A Fine Balance of Copyright and Freedom of Expression in News Aggregation," is forthcoming in the European Intellectual Property Review
