Matthew P. Julian
Matthew Julian is a partner in the firm's litigation group and is a member of the Distribution and Franchise Industry Team. He represents clients in complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts in Florida and throughout the country.
Mr. Julian has represented clients in a variety of industries, including real estate, healthcare, insurance, banking, media, theme park, construction, and automobile. His clients range from FORTUNE 500 companies to small businesses and individuals.
Mr. Julian has successfully represented clients in a variety of litigation matters including disputes between deadlocked corporate shareholders and other business entity owners and related fiduciary litigation, receiverships, construction disputes, tort litigation, non-compete and restrictive covenant cases, environmental litigation, misappropriation of trade secrets claims, real estate litigation, and class actions.
Mr. Julian serves on the Boards of Directors of the Foundation for Seminole County Public Schools and the Seminole Youth Commission. He is a past board member of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Central and Northern Florida. Mr. Julian belongs to the American, Florida, and Orange County Bar Associations.
