Mr. Jacobson focuses his practice on the acquisition and disposition of business entities. Mr. Jacobson has experience assisting publicly and privately held companies on a variety of U.S. and international transactional matters, including private equity investment, SEC compliance issues and corporate governance.
During law school, he was a contributing editor for the Michigan Journal of International Law.
