Mike Powell practices in the areas of general corporate and federal securities law.
Mr. Powell has assisted both public and private companies in a wide variety of business matters, including corporation formation, organization and maintenance; the acquisition and disposition of assets; mergers, consolidations and reorganizations; and the preparation of periodic and other reports to the Securities and Exchange Commission. In addition, he has experience in drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts, including leases and subleases, employment agreements, consulting agreements and services agreements.
