Michael N. Hutter
Michael N. Hutter practices in the area of general litigation, tort liability and employment law. He has acted as defense counsel in nursing home liability, medical malpractice, premises liability and toxic exposure matters. Mr. Hutter has also represented clients at the trial and appellate levels in workers’ compensation and unemployment matters.
Prior to entering the legal profession, Mr. Hutter served as a claims adjuster for a national insurance corporation. Additionally, he taught business law as an adjunct professor at Valencia Community College.
Mr. Hutter is a member of the American Bar Association, Florida Bar Association, and the Orange County Bar Association.
