Michael P. DeMinico assists clients in a variety of corporate and real estate-related transactions, concentrating on the acquisition and disposition of business entities and commercial real estate. In addition, he counsels clients on a variety of corporate matters on an ongoing basis.
Mr. DeMinico has assisted real estate investment trusts, private equity firms and privately held and public companies in all aspects of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and joint venture transactions. In addition, he has experience in corporate contracts, commercial financing, commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions and leasing transactions, corporate governance and formation/dissolution of business entities.
Mr. DeMinico is a member of the American and Ohio Bar Associations. While in law school, Mr. DeMinico was a member of The George Washington Law Review.
