Michelle St. Pierre’s practice focuses on counseling high net-worth families and privately owned companies. She has significant experience advising clients as to choice of entity at formation and counsels clients through the reorganization or recapitalization of their existing entities in connection with business succession planning. As part of that practice, Ms. St. Pierre has crafted and negotiated complex buy sell agreements for closely held companies.
Ms. St. Pierre advises clients, both as purchasers and sellers, in multimillion-dollar real estate transactions and through the multiple stages of property development. She has significant experience working with clients on commercial, residential and mixed-use development projects. In addition to representing local lenders in financing and refinancing transactions, Ms. St. Pierre has also acted as local counsel for a number of out of state lenders.
Ms. St. Pierre serves as the tax department coordinator in the firm’s Denver office and is a member of the office’s executive committee. She is a member of the American, Colorado and Denver Bar Associations.
